AIDS has impacted me and my family directly. Both of my parents passed away. My older brother and I were left under the care of my uncle, who was young and used drugs. He was mean to us and we were often thrown out of his house at night to sleep outside. We came live at Mahiga in 2011. In July 2013 my brother passed away. I was so thankful for the support of my Mahiga family during this difficult time.
