Ronald’s father passed away. His mother is chronically ill and very sick. She is now unable to work and unable to provide holistic care for Ronald. His only remaining relative is his grandmother who is elderly and also does not have a consistent source of income. There is no one who is able to provide holistic care for him. He is currently staying with some neighbors but they are not able to give him long-term care.
