Stemson’s father passed away due to complications resulting from HIV-AIDS, leaving behind four children. Stemson’s mother does not have a stable source of income, and relies on what little income she can receive from casual labor. She is not able to meet the basic needs of her family, and has trouble finding casual employment.Stemson’s mother is rapidly declining in health, and she is less and less able to care for the holistic needs of her children.
