Eli was born the last of seven children and his father left the family when his mother was diagnosed with cancer. His mother was ailing, in and out of hospitals trying her best to provide for the children. This period was severly unstable, leaving the children with intense trauma to work through. Eli would go days without food and has never gone to school. Joining the Chariots home Eli will have stability, consistent food, a place to lay his head, education for the first time, return to church, and trauma care.
