At his little age, Legan has experienced severe instability and neglect, his birth being a result of abuse. His mother is a person with cognitive disabilities, who was taken advantage of many times, contracting HIV and having multiple children. His father is now incarcerated. Legan's mother was unable to work or provide any means of support, leaving all of the responsibility on his single, elderly grandmother. The need was too great, that Legan and two of his siblings were brought to the Chariots' children's home for protection and care. Legan is now a fun-loving little boy, experiencing stability, diligent support through play therapies, and a deep love from his Caregivers.
