Waiting to join College
My parents separated after my father came back from Mombassa and was very sick. My mother ran away one day and I was left under the care of my father. He did not know how to care for me and would leave me alone for long periods of time. I did not have any food. My neighbors saw my situation and took me to the police station. The police brought me to Mahiga Children’s Home while they promised to look for my mother.
