Ian's birth was a result of a woman who is mentally and physically disabled, being sexually assaulted. He was taken in by his Aunt Susan, who was a single mother herself and struggled to find ways to provide. She would brew and sell illegal forms of alcohol, often involving the children in her business. From a young age, Ian forced into dangerous and illegal situations. Since joining the home, Ian has found joy in pursuing intellectual interests, performed well in school and has become active in multiple ministries at his church! He is now soon to finish his degree, studying building technologies at Ollessos Technical Training Institute.
