Service Learning Trip - Kenya 2026

Hi everyone!

I’m excited to share that I have been given the opportunity to travel to Kenya on a service learning trip through my school with Chariots for Hope. This trip will allow me to serve communities in need while being immersed in a new culture and learning from people whose experiences are very different from my own.

As someone pursuing a career in occupational therapy and currently working as a therapy aide, I am deeply passionate about helping others live meaningful, independent lives. This experience will allow me to grow both personally and professionally by serving alongside my fellow classmates and other professionals, gaining a broader perspective on health, wellness, and daily life across cultures.

The cost of the trip is approximately $3,400, which covers travel, lodging, meals, and program expenses. I am working hard to fundraise and prepare for this opportunity, and any support is greatly appreciated. This could be in the form of donations, sharing my page with others, or sending prayers for a safe and meaningful trip. Every contribution brings me one step closer to making this experience possible.
