The Gwynedd Mercy University Occupational Therapy Program has gathered a new team of professionals and students to return to Kenya this upcoming August, this year to connect with Chariots for Hope, Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, and The Ubuntu School. I feel grateful for the opportunity to participate in this trip as an occupational therapist with a focus on mental health. I can’t wait to collaborate with these wonderful communities, individuals receiving services, and other attendees.
